Please read carefully the information below relating to the collection of your GCSE results on Thursday 12th August 2021.
At this time, we can only make allowance for students collecting their results to be present on site. We kindly ask that any parents/carers remain off site and avoid gathering at site entrance/exits.
Results will be available for collection from the Main Hall entering the Academy site from the Grainsby Avenue entrance and following the one-way system along past the library and in to the hall then leaving via the playground. You will only be able to attend to collect your results at the times allotted. Please check the table below for what time you need to attend.

If you are unable to attend to collect your results please notify the Academy in writing if you want them to be posted and provide a stamped self-addressed envelope. Please be advised this will not arrive on results day itself.
If you wish for someone to attend on your behalf to collect your results you (the student) must provide written permission in advance with notification of who will be collecting. On the day they must attend between 11:30 – 11:45 using the main site entrance reporting to reception and bringing personal identification for themselves and also for you e.g. a passport or birth certificate.
A limited number of staff will be available to support students requiring help and to take details of any queries. In most cases of a general nature the query will be responded to as soon as possible upon the return to the new school year where the appropriate member of staff will be available. Where the support required is of a more time sensitive matter we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible later that day or Friday 13th Aug 2021.
Please visit our website for our Centre Exam Policy, additional information from OFQUAL and JCQ regarding the calculation and processing of your results and read the information on the enclosed document regarding the Appeals process. It has been a rigorous process and we are confident that grades awarded this year are as valid as in any other.
Finally, if you or any member of your household are suffering from or showing symptoms of coronavirus please do not attend the site. Contact the academy to make alternative arrangements.
May we take this opportunity to say we hope you receive the results you deserve and to wish you all the very best.
