Antares at Cleethorpes Academy

Students are proud to belong to Antares House because of our independent outlook as well as our strong, caring environment. Our form tutors support and encourage every individual student from their early school life, starting in year 7, up to when they leave in year 11. Over these important school years, strong friendships are formed which can often last a life time. Many of our students decide to return, to share with us their experiences and we are thrilled to hear about the progress they are making.

Since Antares House began, students have always shown a creative, fun side to school life as well as performing effectively in their academic subjects. We aim, during the school year, to always try our best and treat others with the respect and manners that they deserve. Our students also enjoy live music; we are fortunate to have several excellent singers who regularly perform in front of the whole school.

Last year (2015-16) we came in second place overall in the house competition. The highlight of all the year was winning the house rowing and badminton competitions.
